Refund policy
30-Day Returns
We want you to love your Popsie order. If you're not happy, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.
How to Start a Return
Email contact@popsie.store or use our contact page with your order number. We'll reply with the return instructions. Items sent back without asking us first can't be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you and refund the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping is free, so nothing is deducted for it. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
Non-Refundable Items
Add-ons (Shipping Protection, Skip The Line and 30-Day Warranty) are non-refundable once your order has shipped.
